Pranks are usually meant to be a joke and part of a game, but for the narrator in this story, it acts as a continuous entertainment. In Bayard Godsave’s 00:02:36:58, the narrator shares with us all of his feelings and thoughts about the prank he pulled when he was a child. Although being a middle aged man spending his time watching the look of terror wipe across people’s faces is unharmful, the narrator’s enjoyment when watching the film proves he is on the verge of criminal behavior. The biggest factor for him was making people long for the world to be right again at that very moment.
