Through one power, and one power only, the creation of life is executed. This responsibility is given to God, but is beginning to be possibly handed over to humanity itself. Many synthetic biologists in modern times believe they can take a stab at imitating the works of God and that it could be accomplished smoothly. Humans' discoveries of this sort need to be controlled or else these ever so great inventions will have an unanticipated negative effect on natural born life. As he finally obtains the knowledge he has been seeking his whole life, he uses his findings to construct a creature like no other. The horrific scene he has created has Victor in an emotional breakdown causing him to fall ill for a long period of time. Upon leaving Victor's apartment, the creature begins on a journey terrorizing Victor. The deadly actions of the creature cause guilt stricken Frankenstein to regret his decision to ever mimic God's behaviors. It focuses on the idea that scientists today are striving to find ways to imitate life without thinking about the impacts these inventions may have on society. Their love was meant to last a lifetime, but it has been cut short and Victor is left to endure the backlash. Victor now watches as his beloved Elizabeth lies lifeless. This infliction of death upon Elizabeth was brought up by the monster. The monster in which Victor created and mistreated, who now has killed the one he loves most. In such sorrow, Victor wonders how he could even live with himself after being behind such a tragedy. He is at a loss of all emotion and feels nothing but the pain of losing the one most dear in his heart. Frankenstiens eagerness for knowledge has led him to the death of his love. When crafting this monster, Victor was completely blind as to what could possibly be the outcome. He was blindsided with what he would be dealing with. It is unknown as to what can come from any experiment, especially one involving the creation of a new species.
