Franklin D. Roosevelt Franklin D Roosevelt was born 1882 and died 1945. He was the 32nd president of the United States and the only chief executive to be elected more than 2 terms in office. He served from 1935 to 1945,in 1932 the U.S. was in the mist of Great Depression, people were looking for new ideas, leadership, and hope.
