On December 8th, 1941 Franklin Delano Roosevelt addressed the nation with his infamous speech known as the “Infamy Speech”. The speech is still known to this day with the time length as short as seven minutes and after the speech. Congress declared war on Japan and was the start for America to intervene in World War II.
