Who’s to Blame for? In Shakespeare’s play Romeo and Juliet, Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet fall in at first sight at the Capulet’s mask party, but soon they realize they are enemies. After the party, Romeo meets Juliet again outside of her balcony and they talk about the amount of love they have for each other and being enemies isn’t going to stop their love.
