For our management plan at Frontline Barber, we have outlined exactly how we want our company to be run on a day-to-day basis. Our six full-time, licensed barbers will be responsible for the upkeep of the store and its cleanliness by following an hourly schedule that lists out store procedure. Our staffing will be based on peak hours so we can always meet demand without being overstaffed. In our starting years, a Copeland Associate will be there to oversee operations and take care of all administrative business, with the goal to promote a proven employee to this position later down the road. Frontline Barber works with several companies in order to effectively present its high level of service. We will appeal to the city of Clarksville, Tennessee by participating in local events/supporting community sports teams. We made sure to reach out to our service member demographic by advertising in the newspaper that goes to the base, a billboard put before a highway exit right outside the base, and weekly deals that cater to our target market. Frontline will also actively engage customers through email and social media to make sure we have full coverage. Further, we will have a full marketing schedule in each stream then switch off to interval advertisement to be cost effective, allowing Frontline Barber to better position themselves against
