Differences between Full Key and Wong Gee Restaurants

Both Full Key and Wong Gee are Chinese restaurants in Wheaton, Maryland. They are close to the metro and bus stations, and easy to access. Moreover, they have good reviews on Yelp: a website or an application, which shows positive and negative recommendations about restaurants by consumer opinions. Even though these two restaurants have some similarities, they have several differences in terms of prices, consumer services and restaurant decor.

Full Key staff is attentive, fast, and friendly. At first, Full Key staff will immediately welcome with a big smile, then seats consumers at a table and gives consumers a menu. During the consumers have lunch or dinner, Full Key staff will stand by close to the table for taking care of their consumers such as filling water and asking for some consumers’ needs. Unlike Wong Gee staff seems lazy, understaffed and unprofessional. They stay in a group at the back of the restaurant, so that they won’t see consumers when the consumers come inside. In addition Wong Gee consumers have to wait for seats and a menu for a long time. Not only the consumers have to put a hand up to call Wong Gee staff, but they also have to get some water by themselves. Wong Gee staff doesn’t have a good taking care of their consumers because they don’t ask any feed back from the consumers such as if their consumers want something or food is good or not. Specially, most waitresses at Wong Gee can’t speak English, so it is very difficult to communicate with if consumers want some special food conditions.
