I would love to contribute to the future of Gate2Payments, and move the company to an even greater success. What motivates me the most, is the opportunity to get high levels of responsibility from day one and feed my entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on work, as well as to join its young and international environment. Moreover, I’m convinced that “Sales” is the cornerstone of every business, and it allows you to get to know the environment in which the company operates and its stakeholders; such experience would be valuable both for the company and for my career development within it.

In this work I analyzed how companies can profitably integrate the sustainability construct into their core strategy by adopting specific change management approaches. Gate2Payments upcoming projects will probably need some innovation and strategic transformation too.
From a professional point of view, working as Marketing and Communication Manager for the last 4 years, I gained particular traits and competencies that can be valuable for the role of Business Developer.
Stakeholders Management: due to the fact that the company I worked for were small local business, it was even more important than usual to develop stable, long term and mutual beneficial relationship with a wide range of stakeholders. I had the responsibility to deal with direct suppliers and sales representatives, in order to improve our profitability and find ad hoc solutions that suited for the specific needs of both parts. This could be important for building a network of relevant partners and customers to support Gate2Payments’ further
