And as it does, tremors begin to become apparent, shaking the entire chamber that we are in now. From that small crevice that opened up from the golden gate a strong beam of light appears from inside. The strength is massive and the heat, scorching. It burns me as if your body is being set aflame. "Ahhrgh, such power from just the light it emits." I hear a shout from behind me. "Agis! Boon of the gods defend me." It's Samael, and he's using his power once again. I don't feel the heat as much anymore but it still could be felt. Samael shouts at me. "Hurry! I don't want to keep using this for a long period of time." With a split second reaction I run for the hilt of the sword, the strength of the scorching heat becoming stronger each step of the way. I finally grab the hilt impaled on a stone tablet. It doesn't come off easily as I was hoping the I could take it and run. The heat is slightly burning me once more similar to when I first entered the chamber. I use both my arms and position them to the two sides of the swords' guard, pulling the sword up using my legs to improve my strength. It budges. I pull it after it slightly slides off the stone tablet, holding it upwards where the light shines so much more
