When it comes to sports despite being a feminist, I fully believe that you should not mix genders when playing sports like hockey, football soccer, wrestling or rugby. Boys and girls don 't have the equal bodily strength. When boys hit puberty they gain muscle and fat that a girl might never gain. Our bodies are built different, that is why there are two different sign up sheets.

When you get to higher more professional lieges in sport before a game and after practices the team will gather in the changer room (A) to get changer and ready for the game or shower up after practice or (B) usually the coach of the team will give a meaningful speech to the team to get them ready and hipped up for the game. In the real world we have gender separated bathrooms so a mixed gendered sports team would have half their team in one changer room and the other half in another. From experience of being on a mixed gendered competitive sports team having half your team away for a pep talk doesn 't work the best because the coach wouldn 't be able to give the same energy pep talk twice there for leaving one side of the team less readdy. Also when it comes to shower time after practice both genders will be showering in the same room in which case both genders will feel equally vulnerable and uncomfortable with
