Also, I will be sharing the relation between the best companies for multicultural women and diversity. This relation is obvious when a company is listed among the top best companies for multicultural women, and it is one of the best companies in its industry and leverages diversity to the best. Among the list by Casserly, I found a company which is attached to my professional carrier namely General Mills. General Mills prides itself on its diversity and inclusion initiatives. This essay will explore how General Mills leverages diversity internally and externally, and the positive impact it has on the company and its bottom line. Though there are other reasons why I selected General Mills. We have been distributors for General Mills products in the regions for more than 4 decades. It was a milling company by that time and gained fame for being a large flour miller. Today General Mills has over 100 well-known brands such as the famous Betty Crocker, Annies Homegrown, Lärabar, Cascadian Farm, Yoplait, Nature Valley, Totino's, Pillsbury, Old El Paso, Häagen-Dazs, as well as breakfast cereals (Wikipedia, 2023).
