At Cannlabs she tests cannabis flowers, hash oil, vape pens, & THC filled Edibles. Genifer tests 400 samples of cannabis & THC Infused products from 250 different businesses each day. Genifer Murray has a degree in microbiology. Some challenges Genifer Murray faced was being a woman in the Cannabis industry, it’s a gender equality industry but only “twenty percent of cannabis businesses owned by woman1.” Another challenge that anybody faces in, especially Genifer Murray, faces is the heavily, regulated legal cannabis industry. Genifer Murray has made it possible to know the potency of cannabis so if you don’t want something so psychoactive but just more CBD, CBN2, or even THCV3. Genifer Murray was successful because she worked her butt off and made two companies all about cannabis testing. Since cannabis is used in the medical industry it used widely to treat many minor problems such as physical pain to severe problems such as mental problems. She also “played a vital role in improving safety measures in the cannabis industry4.” The product is still used to this day and will probably used till the end of time to help and cure patients.
