On January the Seventh, two radical Muslims from the Islamic State attacked a newspaper in Paris, France called; Charlie Hebdo, because of a series of nude cartoons that were released in the newspaper depicting the Muslim prophet Mohammed. Twelve people were killed in the attack on Charlie. Four of those people were the actual cartoonists who edited, approved and drew the cartoon. The other eight were simply just workers at Charlie. The two radicals were able to escape the building, but were later killed at a French printing press. In another incident a Jewish Kosher store was attacked by a Muslim couple, the man being killed and the woman fleeing to Syria. The two Muslims that staged the attack on Charlie were actually French citizens. A large population of Muslims have been migrating to France because of the war in Syria making the Muslim population of Paris 10 percent, right under Roman Catholics. This excess of Muslims moving into Paris have created no-zones, or what is commonly referred to in the U.S. as ghettoes. These are areas of high crime and low law enforcement which breed people who are hostile to the government. ISIS has taken control of these “no-zones” and started to recruit the very people that they drove away. The two terrorists were of this breed. They moved to Paris years earlier only to kill the writers at Hebdo. The terrorist thinking they knew there surroundings too well decided to bunk down in a printing press were they were later killed. Geography played a crucial part in the rise of the Muslim population which led to this
