Girl Meets Bull There I was once again, face to face with a gigantic living thing. As I 'm standing in my footsteps, I look to the right and see my mom yelling. I 'm not comprehending exactly what she 's saying due to the fact I 'm face to face with a bull. At this point I 'm not really sure what I have got myself into. Batman, the bull, had got out of the pasture, and my father was not around. Taking responsibility, I was bound to put him back in. “Karlee, remember, this is the one that tried taking your dad out when we loaded him up at home?!” From a distance I hear my mom yelling, but do I listen? “Umm…. Karlee, you just hit Batman.” Yep that’s right, I ended up hitting Batman with the cattle guarded on the front of the pickup. I just thought knocking some since into this bull might make a difference. Batman must have thought that was rude, but I really did not care at this point. He turned around and started walking to the gate. I thought to myself, could you go any faster or is that going to be a problem. Batman was walking the speed of a turtle crawling up a hill. Back to honking my horn I go, and he still continues to go turtle speed. I thought about hitting him again, and then realized what if he takes off running, and I have to chase him clear to the other end of the pasture. Batman must have decided his ladies were missing him, and took off running for the gate, I 've had opened for 45 minutes now. Once he entered the pasture he went crazy, which is normally a good sign. After I shut the gate and got everything back to the way it was; I called my father, and he laughed and laughed at me. I will never forget this, nor will I ever try and put any bull back in on my two feet. This has taught me to never give up on doing something you said you 'd do, and to just keep going, everything will work
