The song is about a woman who is exhausted of being the person who cleans and does the housework and is in a lonely environment where no one understands her situation. She felt very lonely but then she learned to love herself and be comfortable with who she is. After learning to love herself, she could say that she is the strongest woman alive. I think all women should feel beautiful and strong no matter what they go through because those difficult situations are only making them stronger.
