The Skills of the Successful Work Some people look forward to going to work more than others. Loving and giving in the work field is difficult. There are some factors influences in the idea of loving and giving like the atmosphere of the job, attitude and work ethic of a worker. People getting the jobs for different reasons, some of them have the sense of fulfillment, these workers love their jobs and they feel happy in what they are doing. They always get the best results. The workers who have the right physical skill can create healthy work environments that help to make a great interaction between the workers. The workers such as surgeon and waiters have the combination of the qualities that make them achieve there succeed. The idea is that job skills can be taught, but the high quality worker can effect in the work life in the positive way. For instance, the physical quality is very important to both of them. The general physical skills that the surgeon and the waitress need it to achieve what they look at are endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Therefor, they need to make a balance between their body and what they carry to do everything very well. As waitress she need to know how she can carry multiple plates and cups and move quickly between the tables. The waitresses need physical skill because they spend most of the day on their feet, and carry heavy items such as plates or food or supplies, and high chairs. They will spend much time bending, stooping or leaning to serve foods and clear tables. Rose explains the physical skills that his mother needs as waitress “she must be able to balance and carry multiple items...monitor herself” (20).
