To begin with, one of the key components of having the stainless steel business designed was to primarily become a great investing company. Our team currently has a variety of ideas that we will implement within this company in order for stainless steel to become an innovative leading company. The purpose of this executive summary is to see how effective we are to be evaluated by a potential investor. There are a variety of companies that we are working with right now such as RSAC, Steel technologies, One Steel, and also Tin Eagles Inc. Within these particular companies we contact them to do business with such as quoting and finding the best available prices for our 304 stainless steel sheets that we currently need for manufacturing. We also have an advisory board serving as our global research, technology, and consulting firm that enables to better serve our current products. The opportunities are there for Globex but we continue to face today receiving the best quality of products for stainless steel. The size of our market is enormous in the Memphis district since this is our main headquarter. What drive the segment is our customers and workers within. We know that todays’ customers are in charge of where they want their products, how they want it, etc. We are targeting a small, well defined growing market instead of a huge heterogeneous market. There is heavy competition out there and we are very aware of our sustainable competitive advantage. Our key competitive asset is not first mover advantage but providing the best quality and services for our customers. Within three to five years, we will continue to grow in the area of sourcing our own 304 stainless
