y name is Grace Calara and I am currently an eighth grader in Rising Scholars Academy. I am in the soccer team for my school and am also a straight A student. I love to run and play the piano, guitar, viola, ukulele, and sing. I have two older sisters (Anna and Mariel) and three dogs (Tyson, Percy, and Dogie). I love to read books, mostly science fiction or romance. My favorite book series are Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Heroes of Olympus, the Legend series by Marie Lu, and the Darkest Minds series. I am not exactly a poetry lover because I am always worried that I can never get the message that is sent or that I get a message that was the exact opposite of what it was supposed to be. It shows that in reality, life is truly not all perfect and full of positivity. There is always darkness because if there was not, life would be a fantasy or a dream that would be completely unrealistic. Life is meant to be unfair and it helps us develop into fully mature adults through a process of trial and error.
