Healthcare has long been an industry of interest to me as I have watched my family struggle with navigating the system and have had personal encounters that have left me questioning that there has to be a better way to deliver care. As an aspiring Healthcare Consultant, I seek to identify ways to deliver more personalized services and optimize the delivery of care for all. Pursuing a role of this magnitude will require business knowledge, industry expertise, and ambitious leadership skills to tackle the healthcare challenges of our interdependent world. I want to go to a business school where I will learn, gain access to thought provoking leaders, and be challenged to dream big. I believe the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) is that school for me. The GSB culture breeds a cultivation of passion. With such an intimate class size, I would be able to engage with a diverse population of highly motivated individuals. I witnessed firsthand the curious and collaborative spirit of the student body during Professor James Lattin’s Customer Acquisition for New Ventures course, when I watched student’s leverage their knowledge and experience to teach one another in a lively discussion.
