Within the first year, I hope to get involved in university associations, such as buddy program and archery club. I believe the first year will be essential for me, and will need to set goals right of setting myself in a right direction. This will help me to get interact more with the Korean students, and help me to gain more knowledge of their mentality and culture. According to KGSP, the first year will be Korean language courses in a designed Korean language institution. I have already started to learn Korean from a few of my Korean friends, and can say some expressions in Korean such as introduction of myself, as well as the basis of the alphabet. On my application form, for the three major preference I wrote Business Administration, International Business, and Global Master of Business Administration. All of these majors do interest me the same, and I think it doesn't matter which choice is going to be fit for me, my studies will still relate to each one of them. These are the aspects that I wish to receive throughout my master in business field: strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to make decisions, analyse and interpret data to be able to critical evaluate business situations and propose an ethical course of action knowledge of all functional areas in business, and apply them in an analytical and integrative manner develop skills to set up novel and value-creating products, operation, organisational models, etc. As for the subject of my master degree research, these are ones that I would be interested in doing: 1) Ethics and hierarchy within South Korean business
