Sustainability practices have a positive impact on communities in terms of saving money, resources and the environment while adding benefits to a professional career. However, to acquire such practices one must be guided toward certain techniques to build and maintain high-performance green buildings. For that reason, I decided to complete my internship course at GreenStar Hub to expose myself to sustainability practices and confirm whether or not I want to go into the green building development industry. GreenStar Hub (GSH) was founded in September 2011, offering services and products that incorporate latest trends in sustainability development practices.
