It all started fourteen television series ago. When fresh medical students came to Seattle Grace Memorial Hospital as interns. Where they would have the worst and best moments of their life. One creative factor that the writer and producer Shonda Rhimes had was to name all the episodes after songs. They use the old songs, new songs, even songs no one has ever heard of before. For the cast to have to pronounce a medical term they need a case. All the patients are based on real-life situations. All the ideas come from medical journals or personal experience from viewers. If you have seen Grey’s Anatomy you see the heart that the cast has for this show. And they hope to inspire and they have. Grey’s Anatomy has inspired many things in its lifetime. Some were inspired to be surgeons or inspired by some of the lessons in Grey’s Anatomy. For some examples, Owen Hunt showed us that the future isn’t so scary. Christina Yang showed us that boys aren't everything. Amelia Shepherd taught us you fight until you can't fight anymore. And Meredith Grey tells us about true friendship. On top of those, there are the speeches. The characters give bone shaking speeches.
