The Grit of Will Smith In the words of Will Smith, “Don’t let failure go to your heart, but don’t let success go to your head.” Grit is using perseverance, passion, and courage to face life’s challenges. Today we will be talking about Will Smith. He grew up with three other siblings and only had a mother. He was diagnosed with dyslexia at a young age and struggled greatly with reading and spelling.
