To live a certain day many times might be an exceptional experience for some, and it might a tiring one for others. From my perspective living a certain day many times is very beneficial because it provides a one with enough time and chances to experience and try different and new things. If I were given a chance to live a certain day of my life I would choose my birthday because it is one of happiest days of my life. As has been noted through The Groundhog Day movie, Phil Connors was an atrocious person. Subsequently to the unforeseen phenomenon, he became cognizant of his inadequate behaviors, which prompted him to change himself. This type of scenarios is very common in literature and movies. For example, Donald Duck Stuck on Christmas movie has a similar scenario, it is about three little ducklings named Huey, Dewey, and Louie. They get stuck in Christmas Day repeating the same events because they wished if every day was Christmas. The three ducklings survive the incident, by finding the Christmas card from their uncle Donald. Another example is short story Christmas every day by William Dean Howells. The story is about a young American girl who wishes if Christmas was every day and gets stuck in a time loop. The three stories indicated are examples of a character or characters stuck in a time loop, which is a common strategy. In conclusion, the movie Groundhog Day followed a very common plot where a character is stuck in a time loop and tries to find solutions to escape. In this movie, the main character, Phil Connors, tries to escape using many methods, but the only way that breaks the curse is the path that results in a betterment in his personality. The director uses this movie to send a message to the audience that convinces them to believe that people can
