The role that I played in my group are initiator-contributor, coordinator, and recorder. In my group, I propose a new idea for my chapter on what to do as an exercise for the whole class. The idea that I came up with was that each group will create their own band, decide who the leader will be, what the other team members roles is and, in the end, explain why they picked those roles. This exercise will not just cover the chapter I'm going through but it will also summarize the chapters my group will present and, in each team, they will experience conflict and different type of communication skills. Although it may put more pressure for each and one of us, I believe that we resolve the matter right away. Furthermore, my group's climate is supportive because whenever we contribute ideas we all support it, and there is no bias answer. Provisionalism was one of the behaviors I experience in my group, I receive a lot of information while I was absent in class a couple weeks ago. Although I was not present in class, my groupmates would text me on what I miss and we exchange information on the materials I did not know about. My team was able to communicate through emails, text message, and face-to-face. In class, we were given a couple minutes to meet with our group and that's when we talk about what other things we have to finish by a specific date. Additionally, through text message were able to set meetings outside such as Starbucks, where we can add stuff, touch up and rehearse on our presentation. I think that everything my group did worked out perfectly because we're all collaborating and putting in a lot of work for our presentation and
