In the field of sports, most people believe that if an athlete has talent, then he or she has the great to be outstanding and successful. However, not everyone possesses the physical endowment. Stephon Marbury is a famous basketball player in the world but he was disliked by his coach use to his age. As a basketball player, it is common for him to experience transition between the teams that he served. One of the team coaches didn’t give him as many chances as other players because Marbury was older than others, and the coach thought that he couldn’t play as well as he did before. However, Marbury didn’t give up. He persisted in training and did extra practice to make himself more flexible during the competition. And he payed more effort than all other teammates to push himself to the limit and to develop his potential. Finally, he earned a chance to play in an important competition due to his hard work. Because of his great performance and team work with others, the team he served won the competition.
