In no way are the rules set by our government vague enough to let Hosni Nassef’s actions be considered to be okay and permissible. There would be no argument at all had the federal government been allowed to protect its people as it sees fit. The Gun-Free School Zone Act of 1990, which made it illegal for an individual to possess a firearm in a school zone, was established by our government to protect children from gun violence, which made perfect sense.

The Second Amendment states that one has the right to bear arms. This right can be taken away from one when they do some sort of crime that goes against this and gets their right taken away from them. Around 3 million americans carry a gun with they all the time with a concealed weapons permit. That number is 20% out of the 15 million americans that have a concealed weapons permit. We should not get rid of the right to carry a concealed weapon though there are exceptions depending on the person and their history.

It usually was safe for people to go out to enjoy entertaining events such as concerts.
A weapon in the wrongs hands is the maximum danger humanity can face. Nowadays, violence and delinquency in society are viewed as the maximum problem solver. Humanity is full of chaos; hate and envy seize our souls. Guns are the ultimate security for some citizens but for others, these add to a feeling of defenselessness. Throughout history, any topic related to guns means a plethora of problems.
The use of and the owning of guns is a very hot and debated topic in society today. For many, this is a life and death debate due to the recent and numerous school shootings. These school shootings have caused an outcry for more gun control, specifically in relation to the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting. Despite these calls, increased gun control is not the answer. Most gun owners’ use their guns responsibly and for good purposes.
Students today live their day-to-day lives in constant fear of what seems inevitable. The United States has one of the highests rates of school shootings in the world. Society has become so desensitized to these shootings that they are no longer shocked to hear about another school falling victim to it. Even when students take a stand against gun violence, the only solution offered to them is a proposition to arm teachers. However, bringing more guns into a school will only further deteriorate the situation.
Gun control has been a heated debate for several decades, recently, the discussion surrounding this matter has intensified. The argument seems to be divided into liberal and conservative views, thoughts, and values. A majority of liberals desire stricter gun laws, required mental health check-ups, and longer waiting periods when it comes to purchasing a gun. However, the general census among the Republicans is less governmental interference because they feel that there is already too much governmental control involved. The Republican Party often does not want stricter gun laws because the problem at hand is not the gun itself, but the individual wielding the gun.
In order to protect children and their family members, they should be taught the proper way on how to shoot guns. Gun safety needs to be taught to children to promote more respect for firearms while improving education and decreasing gun violence (Foley). Many accidental shootings happened in America in the past two or three years. One example is, a three year old accidentally reach into his pregnant mother’s purse and took out her pistol and shot his mom and dad. Now the child has to live with all that for the rest of his life knowing he shot his mom and dad, in 2015 toddlers in the United State accidently shot one person per week.

Gun violence is a serious problem and the people of the United States have wanted to solve this problem this for a long time. If people feel scared to go to school (which should be a safe learning environment for all children and all ages) that is a problem, and it needs to be solved, or at the very least put in barriers to deal with the mental disabilities and amount of guns associated with this problem. There has been an exponential rise in shootings in America since the 20th century. In the 20th century there were 226 shootings, in the first 18 years of the 21st century there have been 211 shootings.
Do you know that every 18 seconds there is a burglary happening in America? Well, you should know that keeping your home secure starts with preventing the gun safe attack. It would be very discouraging to find your firearm stolen. Considering that some states could initiate a court charge against you if your gun is stolen you should be extra careful with your gun safe.

There have been many reported issues of mass shootings both in schools and in the public, making it a hot button issue. Proponents argue that, if the government strictly controls the ownership of guns, such tragedies can be prevented. Most Americans have an obsession with guns because the law allows them to do so. Therefore, they are always ready to scoff at anyone trying to control gun ownership.
Is the gun’s safety 100% reliable? The gun’s safety is not 100% reliable. The gun may fire even if the safety is off. Follow the gun safety rules to prevent damage in case of an accidental shooting and clean your gun regularly.
Secondly, a gun is useless unless one knows how to use it. If you put a gun on the table and tell it to shoot, it is obviously not going to go off. Therefore, proper gun instruction is vital to operating a gun. Before handling a gun, “learn how it operates. Know the basic parts, how to safely open and close the action and remove any ammunition from the gun or magazine” (NRA Gun Safety Rules 5).
