Introduction H-E-B Grocery Company is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. It has more than 100,000 partners and over 380 stores in Texas and Mexico (H-E-B, 2017). H-E-B has become largest privately held retailer in the nation (H-E-B, 2017). H-E-B offers various products that include the following: food and drinks, clothing, seasonal, kitchen and dining, home, beauty, flowers, apparel, baby, health, electronics, party supplies, office, outdoors and sports (H-E-B, 2017). H-E-B sales has hit 23billion dollars in sales revenue as of October 31, 2016 and continues to grow (H-E-B, 2016).
