The year was 1804 the 47 year old Hamilton died by the hand of Aaron Burr. Burr challenged Hamilton to a duel where he then lost his life. At Weehawken, New Jersey is where the fight went down. At the time Hamilton was wearing his glasses and Burr though he was going to take dealdey aim so Burr shot him right between the ribs. Hamilton was then taken back to New York where he died. In this paper i will be talking to you about how Hamilton got here and the things that he did in the process. Hamilton was born on January 11, 1755 or 1757 (the year is not clear) on the island of Nevis, British west Indies. The little island that he lived on knew how smart he really was so they all out money in to get him to the mainland. His parents were Rachel Fawcett Lavien and James Hamilton. Rachel was married to John Lavien. She had to marry him for her parents made her. They had a son named Peter. At the time Hamilton was to Eliza Schuyler. Eliza had gone up state with her sister Angelica to see their father for the summer. While they went away Hamilton stayed to do some work. He was then greeted by a woman named Maira Reynolds. She came to his home and he gave her some money and took her home because he felt bad because she told him that her husband was beating her. When he got to her house she took him inside and subdued him. He kept this hidden because he was tricked into paying her husband for seeing her or else he would tell. Later on Burr, Madison, and jefferson tried to find out where all this money was going so they go to him to talk to him and he them tells them to show that he had all of his papers in order, but out of his fear he makes the Reynolds Pamphlet and tells everyone so Burr can’t use it against
