Online media; the reactions of this vessel come from two opposite sides of the spectrum, almost as if it were two separate entities. On one side, a revolutionary tool to connect ideas and individuals. The other, a dangerous weapon to corrupt academics and adolescents. One laudable individual uses this new creation to connect, educate, and entertain the Millennials. Hank Green, an outstanding online leader,makes the internet a more organized and more profitable place for creators, gives adolescents the tools to become greater and more educated members of society, and spreads charity throughout the online world.

Firstly, Mr. Green exemplifies his leadership in twenty-first century media through YouTube, and plays a major role in improving the control that creators have over their content, advertising, and funding. One of the major issues that online creators have is generating revenue and raising funds for projects. Hank Green along with his brother, John Green, formed a company to solve this issue.
