Being bicultural is not always easy, but I embrace it. I am Hispanic and white, but I choose to embrace both cultures. My Hispanic roots give me my sun-kissed skin and luxurious hair, and my American culture and give me the language I speak and the delicious food I eat. They both are a big part of my life, and I love sharing more than one culture. Both cultures are beautiful, so I try to flaunt them equally. Most of my family is bicultural as well, so we are public and proud to share both of our ethnicities within our bloodline. Who is one of the many ways we show our heritage.
