On 10-03-2015 at 2018 hours I responded to 599 Pine (Casey 's) in reference to counterfeit bills. Upon arriving I made contact with Store Manager Laura Isaac and Officer Woodruff. While Isaac was pulling up surveillance footage she explained that a female had attempted to pay for gas and other items with a counterfeit twenty dollar bill. The ICD-10 and CPT codes are required to be submitted because the ICD-10 codes represent all diagnosis and the CPT codes represent all procedures performed. In order for the physician to get paid accurately and to be sure that patients are billed for everything they should be billed for they must both be submitted. One of them being Code 64-J talks about rules and regulations for neonatal transports and Florida Statute Chapter 401 does not. Another difference is Code 64-J talks about emergency treatments of insect stings, while Chapter 401 talks about protocols with poison control centers. A third difference between the two is Code 64-J talks about the minimum qualifications one needs in order to be a EMS instructor, and Chapter 401 talks about the minimum requirements it takes to be able to run EMS training

FASB Standard 230-10-10-1 states, “The primary objective of a statement of cash flows is to provide relevant information about the cash receipts and cash payments of an entity during a period.” Go With the Flow Inc. had several unique transactions throughout the year that require accounting treatment analysis under ASC 230. With Reference to the CYP IAPT Core Principles, critically discuss Evidence Based Practice and Routine Outcome Monitoring and the challenges of implementing these within the modality of parenting and within the wider context of practise within the children centres Introduction Studies published by Green, Meltzer, McGinnity, Goodman and Ford in 2004 estimated that 9.6% or nearly 850,000 children and young people aged between 5 -16 had a mental health disorder and it was estimated that a staggering 76% of those CYP with anxiety and depression disorders were not accessing mental health services compared to 35% of adults. As a result of such studies, The children and young people’s improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (CYP IAPT) was conceived and aimed to transform the delivery of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CHAMS) across England. CYP IAPT has four core principles, Evidence Based Practice (EBP), Routine Outcome Monitoring (ROM), Participation, and Reflective Practice. This essay will focus on the two principles of EBP and ROM and will consider the challenges of implementing these within the modality of parenting and within the wider context of practise within the children centres.
Case Study 2 As a setting it is our responsibility to note down all events seen, including the date, time and where it took place. It is also important to monitor this, seeing if the child comes to the nursery like this often, or on particular days. It is our duty to safeguard the child and if we feel that they are being 'neglected' we have the right to report it. However, we could support the mother by having an informal meeting, talking about any issues that she may be having.

The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is an arrangement of regulations that are used to regulate sales and exchanges in the U.S. The UCC is not law, but rather statutes that can differ from one state to the next. Article 2 of the UCC is a model statute that has been accepted by each state, aside from Louisiana, and is utilized to settle issues with respect to the sale of merchandise. Products secured by the UCC are characterized as anything that is recognizable and transportable. Products that are secured by Article 2 may incorporate livestock, produce, hardware, or cars.
