My personal professional mission is to help improve individual's lives. As a Licensed Practical Nurse with a professional background in educational advising, I plan to use support, honesty, integrity, companionship, and respect when helping patients or students. My aim is to protect the health of the public and provide appropriately care for my patients by delivering quality healthcare services. I also strive to provide accurate information to my students and patients. When I meet with students, I serve as educator as I enlighten them about their career and the workplace. We are committed to creating and maintaining a culture that continually reinforces our high ethical standards, as reflected in our code of ethics The mission of Intermountain includes a commitment to provide care to those who live in communities within this region who have a medical need, even if one has the means to pay ("intermountain healthcare," 2010).

They follow the law and all the regulations. They ensure accuracy and reporting of record, keep clients records confidential and respect the patients’ self-determination ("intermountain healthcare.," 2010).
It seems that my personal mission, vision, values, ethics, social accountability, and stewardship support with those outlined by Intermountain Healthcare. Both the organization and I values respect, accountability, trust, and excellence as well as similar ethical standards of patient confidentiality, patient privacy and rights, and integrity in patient care to prevent harm. Although, Intermountain health care focus a lot on value statements such as upholding their ethical standards such as being compassionate, trustworthy, and accountable. The organization and I both have a vision to be prominent community leaders and implement practices and/or procedures which help build a strong, healthy community for the future.
