Working in a healthcare setting, I am aware that judgment and justification is not the biggest thing with doctors. Not very astonishing, really not very common in any job. So the question is do we have a case or no, given that the doctors’ capabilities will strike most people of the public as a reasonable and unjust stages. Maybe the easiest way to show that communication is the biggest key in a healthcare setting. Knowing what is given is considered the value of no proof of evidence based medicine. This is the kind of judgment we are expected to make every day.
This sentinel event needs lots of improvement. Improvements such as: Being able to communicate properly. For example: The student nurse and the lab technician just weren’t communicating

For example, “to promote a high-performing health care system that achieves better access, improved quality, and greater efficiency, particularly for society's most vulnerable, including low-income people, the uninsured, minority Americans, young children, and elderly adults” (2013). I do believe that all employees should provide the highest level of clinical care, by putting quality and patient safety above whatever else. Each facility should have a mission statement that stands for greatness in each hospital. Now if there is not reasonable improvement in the arranged timeframe, there will be a written warning of the many areas each ED employee is lacking of improvement. The final warning includes having a numerous count of opportunities to pick up the slack and it’s not being done. “Make sure a period of time is again specified for the staff member to improve and that the consequences of failing to perform satisfactorily are understood. If sufficient improvement has occurred, continue with the review period”
