This analysis examines my understanding of the healthcare industry and the financial management of healthcare organizations. First an organization has to begin with clarifying their organizational purpose. However, a high percentage of organizations have more than one purpose. The management team is responsible for communicating the organizational purpose to employees, owners, customers etc..Moreover healthcare managers also have diverse roles within a organization. A SWOT analysis also ensures that all factors related to the positives and negatives are pointed out and addressed. The SWOT analysis is completed through evaluating the internal potential, limitations, possibilities, opportunities and threats from the external environment.
