Each process of assembling was broken down into small different simple parts. The assembly line contains interchangeable parts, moving from work station to workstation with conveyor belts and other tools. Having this significantly reduces the long strenuous task into short simple ones in production. Henry Ford made it even more efficient in the production by having a set certain design of the Model T, allowing the only colour people can buy it in, which was black. This reduces the time of production by only having to paint one certain colour, not having to switch between different colour paints, therefore not wasting more time. The engine was simple yet efficient, along with having a detachable head to have easy access if needed for repair. The Model T had basic controls that everyone would understand how to use. Henry Ford produced high quality cars at an affordable price. The production of the cars dramatically increases because of the efficiency from the design and the assembly.
