Henry Jenkins, the author of “Convergence Culture,” claims that “when people take media in their own hands, the results can be wonderfully creative; they can also be bad news for all involved” (17). This claim can be validated with the use of social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter.
