• A Hepatitis C nurse/co-ordinator would provide the basis for a single entry point service that would facilitate high-risk clients accessing Hepatitis C treatment. A nurse/coordinator could be available to provide information and advice, co-ordinate appointments and investigations, and act as a mediator for clients and medical staff, thus negating the need for the client to have multiple contacts within the service.
