The fiscal year 2014 has a net sales of $1,882.00 million, which is an increase of 6.0 percent from 2013. This increase is net sales is due to the recent acquisition of Maharam, which continues to prove its strategic value and operational excellence. In addition to the strong performance of Maharam, significant progress is made in a number of other important areas, including the acquisition of a manufacturing and distribution operation in Dongguan, China, advancement of Living Office initiative and restructuring of retirement plans. Another significant progress during the year was that the quarterly shareholder dividend was increased by 12% to $0.14 per share during the third quarter of fiscal 2014.
