In the story “Killing Caesar” by Jon Herman, “blood ejected from his gums” “His jaw was sagging possibly broken, and fresh bruises would soon litter his body”. Caesar was a hero; he should not have been killed the way he was. Caesar was the greatest ruler Rome had ever had, he had strong, high plans for Rome’s Future. Almost everybody in Rome loved Caesar; In Rome Caesar was treated like a god. Caesar was a great man and died a hero to Rome. Caesar was a great military leader, he was a man of strength, and he conquered all of Rome. Caesar was not afraid to take charge to take Rome high and make them more powerful. If he had to Caesar would kill anyone that stood in his way of making Rome more powerful. “Kill everyone inside” “without hesitation, his men, swords drown, burst inside the bar, and soon the street was quiet.” Caesar would strong enough to step up and make Rome more powerful. …show more content…
“Brutus did not know if he would go through with the murder” “How was he to kill a man he loved? A man who had loved him like a son and may even be his own true father”. Brutus doesn’t think he will be able to kill a man who he and all of Rome loves. Caesar was more like a god than he was a man. Admittedly, there are some people who believe that Caesar was to powerful and needed to be taken out. Some believed Caesar was power hungry and that he will do anything to become more powerful. Also that Caesar will just go through a town and just kill everything he sees to conquer the most land. However, Caesar is not a power hungry animal that will kill anybody to get higher and more powerful. Caesar has conquered lots and lots of land but he is not an animal, he doesn’t go through and kill everything he sees.
