Caffeine, everyone has tried it; who would not like getting up on a cold, blistery morning to a welcomed cup of hot coffee. Or, those who have found that coffee is an applauded relief that just makes their day function that much smoother. Long hours at work, no problem; just have another cup to push one’s drained energy to Machiavellian those needed overtime hours. Adrenaline rush can be very stimulating, especially if that artificial stimulating process happens rather quickly. The nostalgic cartoon where Popeye the Sailor Man pops open a can of spinach comes to mind where superhuman strength is needed to mitigate the catastrophe. What would happen if Popeye ran out of his muscle building stimulant, especially when his true love Olive Oil needed to be quickly rescued? When individuals consume caffeine stimulating substances, they are telling their adrenal glands that the natural body functions are no longer in control of the situation; the caffeine demands that the overly stimulated adrenal glands force all other organs to unnaturally perform beyond their limits. The heart, liver and kidneys will compensate until they become overburdened. Once this occurs, the natural symmetry within the body begins to suffer. Sleep, bowel habits, breathing, eating, mental focus and emotions are all affected by the overstimulation brought on by
