Anne Frank’s Legacy There is nobody better at hide and seek than Anne Frank. The Franks lived in a confined space for almost two years with four other people, never once getting to go outside. I hope they weren't claustrophobic. Throughout this lengthy period Anne expressed her feelings through writing. Her journal was named Kitty, to keep her company.
In her diary, she concedes that she is inquisitive and talkative and comments about the other people who share the attic. Second, Ann was artistic because she kept several diaries during her stay in the Secret Annex. In them she described life in the Annex, her dreams, and her fears. She didn’t take the Annex like a prison she took it like an obstacle that she would escape over time. Third she is a rebel and spoiled by her father because, One person who has big arguments with Anne was her mother, Mrs. Frank.
Amsterdam in World War II was horrible for jews,because during February 22,1941 jews were getting arrested by the Germans,but all together they deported the seven hundred jews to Buchenwald concentration camp. And then some of the jews were deported from Buchenwald to Mauthausen camp and by then most of those jews were killed their. Anne Frank was a German jewish tennager who was forced to go to hiding during the Holocaust. She was born June 12,1920, Anne and her family, along with four others spent over two years during World War II, hiding in an annex full of rooms above her father’s office in Amsterdam. Anne Frank later on in life died in March 12,1945 in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in Germany.
Anne Frank was a young Jewish girl living in Amsterdam during the occupation by the Nazis. She was forced to go into hiding above her father's work for two years to avoid prison. During her time in hiding, she kept a diary and wrote about her experience. Frank writes about her loving and compassionate family and also mentions how she has built new relationships with the other families in the house. In her diaries, Frank frequently emphasizes the value of family, emphasizing how her trials were made easier by the presence of those she loved who understood what she was going through.

If not, Anne and her family will be captured and then sent away from each other to dangerous, devastating camps that the Nazis held. It was early in the morning and her family was pretending to go for a stroll, when in fact they were going into hiding from the Nazi's. She knew this was a live or die matter. Anne was a young German Jewish girl who hid with her family in Nazi Germany and showed extreme bravery in the face of adversity. Anne Frank and her family were in hiding for two years. During those two years, the family lived in an Annex with another family named the Van Daans. Also during these two years she wrote in her diary about her experiences of each day and what her wishes were. Her father Otto Frank and her mother Edith Frank including the Van Daans would try and take care of the family as best as they could. In hiding, they were not able to leave their home as they might get caught.
Anne Frank and her family had to go into hiding during the Holocaust when Hitler was in power. Her family and the others had to stay in one place and stay quiet the whole time while in hiding. Anne’s dad bought her a diary on her thirteenth birthday and while in hiding she wrote about all the events that happened during her family’s hiding. Later on in life, when everyone but her dad passed away, Otto Frank, her dad, published her diary and made her dreams of being a writer. There were many people that had to go into hiding during the holocaust and while they were in hiding they had to keep themselves occupied.
Her whole life changed when her sister received a letter to go to a work camp in Germany. Anne, along with the rest of her family went into hiding in a small attic apartment nearby her father’s business in Amsterdam. As I said before, she stayed content during such a horrible time. In addition, Jewish people have different holidays than most of us.

Anne Frank was a 16 year old girl who was killed during the time of the Natzis after being betraied. From her over packed diary, Anne changed how people looked at the world. When she was hiding in the annex during the war, her diary was her most prized possession and with that diary, she wrote everything from things she did, to what she wished she did instead of hiding in the annex for the years. She was in the annex with 8 people including her and was packed, one bit of noise would give them away. After the war was over, Anne’s diary was published and written in 67 different languages and over 30 million copies were sold.

Anne Frank, her family, and the Van Daans endured difficult times of hunger, thirst, and lack of privacy cornered by walls for over two years. By writing in her diary both before and after the war, one could visibly notice how Anne went into the Annexe as a juvenile and came out as a young adult.
Even though Anne and her family were scared and felt troubled during their times in hiding, Anne still had strength to be brave and move on with her life like the war was never happening. She was still writing in her diary and practicing a language just like she did in school.
