Jonah is a 14-year-old white male. Jonah was observed to be healthy for his age. Jonah was observed free of marks and bruises. Jonah was observed clean and neat. Jonah is diagnosed with ADHD and takes Vyvanse (60mg) and Intuniv 25mg. Jonah disclosed that the medication helps him focus and provides more energy.

Jonah is an 8th grader at Positive Pathways Transition Center. His grades are one A, four B's and one C. He was recently expelled from Howard Middle School because he brought a Taser to the school premises. Jonah is doing well in school at this time.

Norma is a white 75-year-old female. Born and raised in Pennsylvania by both of her parents. Norma had a good childhood along with five siblings, poor but normal. Norma did not encounter domestic violence, drugs, or alcohol in her household. Norma had two marriages. She is a mother of three children: Francis John, Michael, and Peter. She is very happy to be a mother and a grandmother. Norma feels good to be a grandmother, she tries to do the best for them by being with them and spending time or going on trips with them. Norma have been caring for Jonah and Jason since they were infants. Norma seems to love the children very much.

Norma enjoys doing crochet needle, likes to read, and is very involve in family tree ancestry. She takes medication for high blood pressure and cholesterol. She does not have a mental health condition and does not have a criminal background.
