High School dropouts is an issue too often overlooked in today's society. Every year the number of teenagers who drop out of highschool increases slightly. Teen pregnancy is one of the many reasons high schoolers choose to drop out. The females may feel like there is too much on their plate and they need to drop out in order to efficiently take care of their up and coming child. Teens who are persistently bullied during high school often drop out because going to school makes them miserable from the constant taunting. On the other hand, some teens drop out of highschool because of things going on at home. Teenagers all around the world have to drop out of highschool in order to work full time and support their family. Teenagers dropping out of high school is a growing issue around the world; the effects of being a highschool dropout include not being able to find a good job, falling into the wrong crowd resulting in incarceration, and being financially unstable. The first effect of dropping out of high school would be difficulty in trying to find a job. Most jobs require a diploma before they ever interview the person. Other jobs might not require a diploma but hopeful applicants will be in immediate competition with other prospective employees.
