In the article, the author trying to teach the reader that, there is no good or bad when it comes to the Hippocratic Oath of the Manager. In order to become a good manager, people need to learn what the company need and what is the most important for the company. The manager also need to understand that profits should not be the most important for a company. If a company only care about profits then the chance of failure will greatly increase. Because if people only think about how to make the most profit then they neglect a lot of things, for example they will neglect the need of consumers. In the history, there are many company lose a huge profits because they use materials that harmful to the consumers, all because that by using those materials they will make more profits. But in today society, a good product without a good service no longer interest the consumers. Just like how people can walk into a restaurant, the foods are not good but if the service is good then the customers will still give tips and praise the store. The best way to apply the knowledge from the article will be doing your job based on good morality, instead the best way to make more profits.
