Hispanics overcoming challenges in the U.S
Ever since Hispanics settled in the United States, there has been many problems for them. Some examples of these problems could be legal obstacles, educational barriers, racial stereotypes, and culture acceptance. But there are also ways to end all of these negative things on Hispanics, like organizations to help Hispanics with education, or groups that are against all of the negative stuff.

Apparently, some states in America bar undocumented students from attending university, or charge students out-of-state or international tuition rates. Also, programs that are designed for the needs of Latino students are being attacked. 41 years ago, the NEA committee held a conference about Spanish speaking children in schools located in the Southwest. The participants came to a conclusion that Spanish speaking children were victims of inappropriate material, undertrained educators and poor learning techniques. Back then, Spanish speaking children were put at the lowest grade or called ‘mentally defective’. Spanish culture and language also has a part in education. Hispanics might force their child to speak their original language, which, most of the time for Hispanics, is Spanish. In fact, Hispanics are actually the least educated ethnicity in the United States! To stop this problem, people who want to help Hispanics with education have created programs that give Hispanics who are struggling to get in a college or university education, and Hispanics who are struggling in school. Also, Hispanics can go to online educational sites or universities that also teach online for their education. Even though Hispanics are the most under-educated race in the United States, with these educational programs, the problem can be
