“I know how important it is. I’ve been working really hard, trying to get better every day. I’m trying to learn as much as possible.” One of football’s greatest, Tim Tebow, stated this quote. This quote has been my inspiration since I was eight years old. Striving for greatness is my destiny and with hard work and dedication, I should be able to fulfil my destiny. I was born in a smaller town in Florida known as Fort Walton Beach. It may have been small but they had football stars that were huge. Growing up, that was what I lived for. I want to continue with what I’m passionate and good at. Professional football is what I would love to play. That is my main goal in life. What most people don’t know about me though, is that I have another life goal. My other life goal is to become a historian. History is one of my favorite subjects to discuss besides sports. A historian is my backup goal, football is still my number one goal in life. To reach these two goals successfully, I will have to use hard work and dedication to fully accomplish these goals. With football, I will have to train during the offseason in harsh and calm environments. Drills to keep me focused and weights to to keep me in shape. With the historian goal, I will have to study hard in school. Every class I must take seriously and I can’t make bad grades. Those are the successful ways I will have to reach my goals. The long way is always the best way to accomplish a goal. Life will always throw some crazy things at you, and like I said earlier, you want to run through those objects with your head up.
