2 Historical Background of the Programme/Organisation:
There is a growing concern for providing person centred care for service users with disability. It refers to providing support and care such that such service users enjoy independent mode of life (Bombeke et al. 2011). Ireland Government is emerging with new policies person cantered planning” or PCP (McCormack et al. 2011). The principles of commission reports “a Strategy for Equality” based on disability status of the people underpins the services to be provided to the disability as maximising participation, equality, and enabling choice and independence (Taylor et al. 2010).
