Going to work should not be something that employees dread and wish they did not have to do. Work should be a place where an employee can feel they belong and contribute, a place where they are known by their name and not a number, and a place where they can share the same values that the company does. In fact, in one review from an individual that was let go, he even stated that he had done something wrong and that the company handled the situation professionally, and that they still took into consideration his feelings.
