Ho-Chi Minh Hello, I would first like to say thank you for it is an honor to be writing and sharing my ideas with you guys since I did past away in 1969. However, I am not here to sharing with you my beliefs on afterlife, yet I am here to discuss with you today on what I believe the best approach for Third World nations to take in regards to the First World are. I began to follow in my father footsteps combined with my own beliefs and experiences and focus my beliefs on the fact that Vietnam had a right to govern itself free of Colonial rule (historyleaarningsite). I was determined to break down the old order that governed Vietnam.
